What are eFootball™ Points?

1. Overview

eFootball™ Points are the currency of the eFootball™ Point Program. Engaging with core titles of the eFootball™ series and tuning into eSports competitions are just some of the many ways for you to earn points. You can redeem eFootball™ Points for various in-game items and bonuses across platforms.

  • *You will need to link your KONAMI ID to your game account on any platform you wish to redeem your points on.

Exchanging Points for In-game Items

By linking your game account to your KONAMI ID, you can exchange eFootball™ Points for in-game items.
You can exchange eFootball™ Points for in-game items from the eFootball™ Point website or from the in-game eFootball™ Point Shop.

Please refer to the table below for the available means of exchange for each title and platform.

*To exchange Points for items from the eFootball™ Point website, you must first access the website and log in with the KONAMI ID linked to your game account. eFootball™ Point Official Website

*You may be able to use eFootball™ Points to exchange for in-game currency (free).
*Items that can be exchanged may differ, depending on the Country/Region you chose when creating your KONAMI ID or while playing the game.

Shared "Shared" Points are Points obtained from campaigns hosted by the eFootball™ Point Official Website. In-game items and players
  • ・ eFootball™ Points are categorised according to the platform and title on which the Points were obtained from.
  • ・ Your Point balance is shared between the different game titles linked to your KONAMI ID. The details of your spending can be accessed under [eFootball™ Points] > [History] from the My KONAMI website.
  • ・ Points earned from one game title cannot be used to exchange for items in other game titles.

2. How to use eFootball™ Points

In order to use eFootball™ Points, you will need to link your game account to your KONAMI ID and agree to the Terms of Use. If you're unsure of how to do this, follow the guide below.

  1. 2.1. Create a KONAMI ID

    KONAMI ID allows you to use a variety of online services provided by the KONAMI Group in addition to eFootball™ Points.

    Check the details of your eFootball™ Point balance via the My KONAMI Website as follows.

    *Skip this step if you already have a KONAMI ID.

  2. 2.2. Link Your Game Account to Your KONAMI ID

    Launch the browser from the in-game KONAMI ID data linkage menu. Then, enter your KONAMI ID and password to log in. You will then be asked to consent to the eFootball™ Points Terms of Use. Once you have consented, you will be ready to start redeeming eFootball™ Points!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Game accounts that have linked their data to a KONAMI ID and have agreed to the eFootball™ Points Terms of Use, or game accounts linked to a KONAMI ID that have already agreed to the eFootball™ Points Terms of Use cannot be unlinked.
*Your KONAMI ID can only be linked to a single game account for each title and platform.
You will not be able to link multiple game accounts from the same title and platform to your KONAMI ID.

*A single game account cannot be linked to multiple KONAMI IDs.
Be sure to link the game account that you use most frequently to get the most out of your eFootball™ Points.

3. Point Expiry Dates

All eFootball™ Points come with an expiry date.
Points expire at 23:59:59 (UTC) on the final day of the month six-months after you claim them from your Inbox.

*eFootball™ Points sent to your Inbox will begin expiring from the moment you clicked "Receive".
*Points due to expire at the end of the month will disappear after 23:59:59 (UTC) on the final day of each month.
*There may be a delay for expired Points to be reflected in your balance history. If this happens, please give it a moment before checking again.

The My KONAMI website also allows you to check your current eFootball™ Points and their expiry dates. It also has your eFootball™ Point usage history, including details of when you obtained your points and how many points you have used to date.

Regarding Linking with KONAMI ID

Q. How do I change the KONAMI ID that's linked to my current game account?
Q. I have deleted the KONAMI ID that's linked to my current game account. Can I link another KONAMI ID to it?

    You cannot unlink your game account from your KONAMI ID.

    Users with a KONAMI ID that has not agreed to the eFootball™ Points Terms of Use can unlink their KONAMI ID from their game accounts.

Q. I have already agreed to the eFootball™ Point Program Terms of Use, but the same screen appeared again after a short while. Why is this happening?

If any of the following applies, you will need to agree to the eFootball™ Point Program Terms of Use again.

  • Attempting to link your game account or access the eFootball™ Point website with a different KONAMI ID than the one under which you have previously agreed to the eFootball™ Point Program Terms of Use with
  • Changes and updates were made to the eFootball™ Point Program Terms of Use

Q. I have linked my KONAMI ID onto several platforms, but the Points I obtained are not being shared onto the other platforms nor are they displayed on the Balance Sheet either. Why is this happening?
  • 1. The procedure to initiate the use of eFootball™ Points may not have been completed. See here for information regarding how to start using eFootball™ Points.
  • 2. Check whether the KONAMI ID linked to the game account in which you have eFootball™ Points in possession is the same as the KONAMI ID that you wish to link. There are two ways for you to check your data linkage information.

Q. My eFootball™ Point balance has been decreasing, even though I have not been using them. Why is this happening?

Your eFootball™ Point balance is shared between the different game titles linked to your KONAMI ID.

Therefore, please check whether you have used eFootball™ Points in another title or on another platform.

Q. What are "Shared" Points?

"Shared" Points are Points obtained from campaigns hosted by the eFootball™ Point Official Website.

Q. Why does "403 Forbidden" appear on the browser when I attempt to perform a Link Data action from the app?

This may happen if you try to access the Internet via a cloud provider or a hosting provider. Make sure you are in an environment that does not pass through a cloud provider or a hosting provider.
