Notice of Postponement for eFootball™ 2022 v1.0.0 Update and Cancellation of eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack
We would like to inform you that the v1.0.0 update for eFootball™ 2022 (available now on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, and Steam®), scheduled to be released on November 11, 2021, has been postponed until Spring 2022. Also, we would like to announce the cancellation and automatic refunds of eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack, which includes items that can only be used in-game after the v1.0.0 update.
We have been working diligently towards distributing an update that will bring new content to the game, including a new mode where you can strengthen and play with an original team, as well as support for mobile devices on November 11, 2021. Unfortunately, we have concluded that more time is needed to release the product with the level of quality that will meet the expectations of our users. We have therefore decided to postpone the release.
Also, we have decided to cancel the pre-order for eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack, which includes items that can only be used in-game after the update.
We will release v0.9.1 to fix numerous bugs sequentially on each platform starting today (November 5). We will continue to improve and update our game.
We will announce details of further updates and the schedule for the mobile version at a later date.

For customers Who Pre-Ordered eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack (Refund Policy)
Due to the removal of the eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack, which includes items that can only be used in-game after the v1.0.0 update, your pre-order will be canceled. Full refunds will be made according to each platform policy but please note that it may take time. There is no action required for you to receive the refund.
If you have pre-ordered the Premium Player Pack on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, or Windows, and you wish to continue to play eFootball™ 2022, you will need to re-download eFootball™ 2022 after the pre-order has been cancelled (does not apply to Steam®). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note this should not affect existing play data as long as you are using the same account.
*The play data on the server includes the GPs you have earned, the history of events you have completed, and the results of online matches you have played.
We are considering reintroducing the eFootball™ 2022 Premium Player Pack after reviewing the content. We will announce the details once it has been confirmed.
