  • 2020-04-09 Announcements Issue Affecting Achievements

    There was recently an issue that resulted in progress for some Achievements being tracked in the wrong match types.

    Specifically, the issue caused progress for the following Achievements to be tracked even when playing Standard Matches and Friend Matches:
    ・No. of Matches a Day
    ・No. of Wins a Day
    ・Total Matches
    ・Career - Wins
    ・Career - Goals

    Standard Matches were also counted erroneously toward the following Achievement:
    ・No. of Matches - Event

    A fix for the issue was implemented during maintenance on 09/04/2020.

    You can check the criteria for completing each Achievement by tapping the Details button on each Achievement's panel in [Club House] > [Achievements].

    We apologise sincerely for any confusion caused by this issue.

  • 2020-04-09 Update Version update announcement

    The latest version of the app (Ver.4.4.0) is now available to download from the store.
    It may take a little longer in some regions for the new version to become available, so please wait and check again later if you cannot access it immediately.

  • 2020-04-09 Announcements Currently confirmed issues

    (UPDATE 09/04/2020)We are currently observing the following issue.
    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    ・An issue that causes the incorrect Team Strength values to be displayed in the Squad List for all squads that include players from the Iconic Moment Series. This issue is triggered if you change your Model Team after saving a Squad. You can also trigger it by using a Matchday team that differs from your Model Team.
    *The correct Team Strength values are displayed in the Squad Management screen.

    ・An issue wherein maximizing the app causes it to crash, specifically in situations where the app had been minimized by pressing the home button multiple times.

    ・An issue that causes the app to freeze when performing a four finger swipe or tapping the screen multiple times in succession.

    These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the next update.
    We will inform you once the update has been implemented.

Changes to Regular Maintenance Times

Starting on 02/04/2020, Thursday's weekly maintenance will be run during the following times:

Day and Time

Thursdays between 00:00 - 06:00 (UTC)

Note:

・Changes to the maintenance schedule may result in certain events and campaigns running for a shorter period than announced.

・Please note that the game will be unavailable during these times. Furthermore, the maintenance period may be changed if required.

・You will be unable to play either VS User or VS COM matches from 15 minutes before maintenance begins. Event matches will also be unavailable.

・If you are playing a VS User match when maintenance begins, that match will be null and void. VS COM and VS COM (Sim) matches can be resumed after maintenance ends, but only for a period of 24 hours after being matched with a COM opponent. Please note that any time that elapses during maintenance counts towards this 24 hour time limit.

・Due to periods of heavy network traffic that are common after maintenance, we may temporarily limit access to the server to ensure a smoother gameplay experience for all users. In such cases, you may encounter the following message when attempting to log in: "Access to the server is currently limited due to heavy traffic. Try again?"
Selecting "Retry" will make another attempt at connecting to the server.

・In case the maintenance ends before 06:00 (UTC), there is a chance that there will be no Auctions available in the Auction List for some time.

  • ・ All Iconic Moment Series Players that you own can still be used after major version updates.
  • ・ The stats and rarity levels of Iconic Moment Series players are fixed, and are not subject to changes in updates or during maintenance.
  • ・ The Condition Rating of Iconic Moment Series players is fixed to "B", and is not subject to change during Live Updates.
  • ・ Converting a duplicate Iconic Moment Series player into a Trainer and using him to train an identical variation of the same player yields a tremendous effect. Additionally, Trainers converted from Iconic Moment Series players still produce an enhanced effect when used on different variations of the same player.
  • ・ You can only trade players from the Iconic Moment Series if you have 3 copies of the same variation.
  • ・ Photographs displayed on Iconic Moment Series player cards are subject to change.
  • ・ Iconic Moment Series players that you have signed may be rendered unusable due to league and licensing issues. If any such issues should occur during a major version update, affected Iconic Moment Series players that you own will be replaced with other players.
  • ・ The stat boost applied to Iconic Moment Series players by matching your Model Team to their team is only reflected in Squad Management (including the Player Details screen). All other areas of the game will display the pre-boost stat values.

*Multiple variations of the same Iconic Moment Series player may exist in the game. Each different variation of a player comes with a unique photo, allowing you to easily distinguish between them.

We have plans to release more Iconic Moment Series players moving forward, and we trust that you will be very excited to see what's in store.

*Featured Players obtained in eFootball PES 2020 are only usable in eFootball PES 2020.
*In-game player club data is frequently synchronised with real world football data through PES Live Updates. Despite this fact, there is a chance that PES's club data is not entirely up to date. We therefore encourage you to check the [Available Players] for each Agent before attempting to obtain a player.
*The Trade feature allows you to exchange 3 copies of the same variation of a Featured Player. Differing variations of the same Featured Player cannot be traded.
*Different variations of the same Featured Player may also have different Popularity levels.
*Featured Player rarity and stats/abilities will not be altered by any updates or during maintenance.
*The Condition Rating for Featured Players is subject to change with each Live Update.
*Featured Player images are subject to change.
*All Featured Players are subject to postponement and/or cancellation without prior warning. Be sure to check the list of Available Players for each Agent before use.
*You may be unable to use certain players after signing them due to changes to actual league circumstances or licensing issues.

We regularly receive reports of malicious online behaviours targeting users of PES 2020. This information can then be used to access further personal details or hijack user accounts.

Please be aware that we have absolutely no affiliation with any of these sites or apps, and all claims of being able to receive in-game currency such as myClub Coins and/or GP are false.
