Between 06:40 - 07:00 and 07:30 - 08:40 on 21/05/2018 (UTC), users may have encountered the following errors caused by heavy server traffic.
- An issue where obtained Players suddenly disappear from your team
We have identified users affected by this issue and restored their missing Players. Additionally, we have distributed 10,000GP to all users affected by this issue to compensate them for any inconvenience caused.
- An issue where the 1-use-only Special Agent, "Exclusive LEGENDS vol.15 BRAZIL FRANCE", was able to be used multiple times
Due to the server failing to register that the Special Agent had been used, users were able to activate it multiple times. Regardless of how many times you may have used this SP Agent while it was malfunctioning, the only Player that you will retain is the one that you are currently able to view in your Player List. Users who spent myClub Coins to use this Special Agent multiple times will be refunded for all attempts made after their first. These myClub Coins will be restored to relevant user accounts in the coming days.
We have confirmed that users only encountered these issues between the times listed above.
We are still in the process of investigating the possibility that the following issues may have occurred during these periods. Please note that as above, the issues below only occurred during the times listed above.
- Energy required to play a Match is consumed, but no GP, Items, Experience or Points are obtained.
- Currency is consumed (myClub Coins/GP) when attempting to buy a Manager, but no Manager is obtained
- Currency is consumed (myClub Coins/GP/Contract Ticket) when attempting to extend the contract of a Manager/Player, but the contract is not extended
- Converting a Player to a Trainer causes the Trainer to disappear
- Currency is consumed (myClub Coins) when attempting to recover energy, but energy fails to recover
- Currency is consumed (GP) when attempting to expand Player/Scout Slots, but no additional slots are added
- Currency is consumed (GP) when bidding on an Auction, but your bid is not accepted
- Unable to claim myClub Coins, GP or Items from the Inbox
