  • 2019-10-17 Announcements Read This If You Deleted and Reinstalled the Game

    If you deleted and reinstalled the game when applying the latest update, your game progress may not have been carried over into PES 2020.

    Q: If I deleted the app by mistake, can I still play with my game data if I reinstall it?

    A: Yes, but only if you linked your data to a Game Center account or KONAMI ID. Please choose the Link Data option from Data Transfer on the Title Screen.

    Q: I deleted the app or lost/damaged my device, but I didn't complete the Link Data setup with a KONAMI ID or Game Center. Then I reinstalled the app. Can I restore my account and game data?

    A: Please go to [Extras] > [Support] > [Contact & FAQ] > [Inquiry Form] > [I can't restore my account using a data transfer] and complete an inquiry form. Make sure to include all the required information.

  • 2019-10-16 Announcements [UPDATE] PES 2020 Mobile Crash Issue

    We have confirmed that some users are currently experiencing an issue that causes the game to crash after installing the update to eFootball PES 2020, which was released on October 15th.

    Our investigation has concluded, and we will be re-uploading a fixed version of the game to the store on October 17th.

    *The users who had logged in to the game between 13/12/2018 to 20/12/2018 and have not logged in since this period will still experience the issue after updating to v4.0.1.
    Further update is planned to resolve the issue for those users.

    Unfortunately, this means that additional time will be required to finish maintenance. As a result, we have had to postpone the beginning of the pre-open period, which will now commence on October 18th 08:00 (UTC) .

    We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

  • 2019-10-16 Maintenance Large-Scale Maintenance/PES 2020 Pre-Open Notice

    Due to ongoing issues, the end of maintenance is being pushed back to 18/10/2019 08:00 (UTC).
    An updated version of the game (v4.0.1) will be released on 17/10/2019 to address an issue that caused the game to crash unexpectedly.
    Please note that the availability period and content of in-game events may change if maintenance has to be extended any further.

    We will soon be conducting large-scale maintenance in order to update the game to eFootball PES 2020.

    14/10/2019 02:00 - 18/10/2019 08:00 (UTC)

    *Maintenance may be extended further if necessary.
    *The pre-open period may begin ahead of schedule if maintenance concludes early.

    Purpose of Maintenance:

    To perform a version update from PES 2019 to eFootball PES 2020.

    How will Large-Scale Maintenance Impact my Game?

    You will still be able to launch the game during large-scale maintenance, but you will not be able to proceed beyond the title window.

    Online Service Start Time

    Online service for eFootball PES 2020 is currently scheduled to begin at 08:00 on 24/10/2019 (UTC).

    "Pre-Open" Period

    Please note that PES 2020 will feature a "pre-open" period, which will run from the time update maintenance finishes until 08:00 on 24/10/2019 (UTC).

    During the pre-open period, you'll be able to play PES 2020 using all the latest team data.
    Any changes you make to your squad during this time will carry over to the game once online service starts.

    During the pre-open period, emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice at any time.
    Additionally, you will not be able to access the following game features during this period:

    *These features will be available for use after the pre-open period concludes on 08:00 on 24/10/2019 (UTC).
    *You will still be able to use all other game features during this time.

    We understand that extended periods of maintenance can be extremely frustrating, but we promise you that it will be well worth the wait once you experience all the amazing new content coming in PES 2020.

    Note:

    The latest version of the app (Ver. 4.0.1) is scheduled to be released during the maintenance period.
    You will not be able to play the current version (Ver. 3.3.1) after maintenance is complete.
    You will be able to download the latest version of the game (Ver. 4.0.1) during maintenance, so we highly recommend it.

About Featured Players

*Featured Players obtained in eFootball PES 2020 are only usable in eFootball PES 2020.
*In-game player club data is frequently synchronised with real world football data through PES Live Updates. Despite this fact, there is a chance that PES's club data is not entirely up to date. We therefore encourage you to check the [Available Players] for each Agent before attempting to obtain a player.
*The Trade feature allows you to exchange 3 copies of the same variation of a Featured Player. Differing variations of the same Featured Player cannot be traded.
*Different variations of the same Featured Player may also have different Popularity levels.
*Featured Player rarity and stats/abilities will not be altered by any updates or during maintenance.
*The Condition Rating for Featured Players is subject to change with each Live Update.
*Featured Player images are subject to change.
*All Featured Players are subject to postponement and/or cancellation without prior warning. Be sure to check the list of Available Players for each Agent before use.
*You may be unable to use certain players after signing them due to changes to actual league circumstances or licensing issues.
