As previously communicated, the automatic eFootball™ Coin deduction process will be implemented on 14/12/2023.

Refunded eFootball™ Coins purchases made from 07/12/2023 onwards will be deducted automatically.

Following v3.2.0, if you have received a refund from the App Store for eFootball™ Coins (both paid and free) that you have already purchased, the purchased eFootball™ Coins will be automatically deducted from your balance.
*eFootball™ Coins reflected at the time of purchase are differentiated between paid and free Coins, and refunded Coins will be deducted from the respective balances.

If you have already spent the eFootball™ Coins and your balance is insufficient at the timing of deduction, your Coin balance may be reduced to less than zero (negative balance).
Please note that you will not be able to spend eFootball™ Coins if your total balance of paid and free eFootball™ Coins is less than zero (negative balance).

If you have already received a refund for your eFootball™ Coin purchases, please refrain from spending the purchased Coins until they are deducted from your balance.

Note that the total balance of paid and free eFootball™ Coins is displayed in the top left-hand corner of the Top Menu.
You can check the breakdown of your paid and free eFootball™ Coins balance by selecting the following:

[Shop] > [eFootball™ Coins] > [Details] > [Check eFootball™ Coins]
