Basic Policy on Women's Advancement

The KONAMI Group aims for the sustainable growth of its business performance and corporate value by respecting diversity and promoting inclusion.

In particular, we regard the promotion of women's advancement as a key strategy and are committed to creating an environment where all employees, regardless of gender, can fully utilize their abilities and thrive at work.

With the goal of achieving a ratio of at least 20% women in management positions by 2030, we will establish an environment where employees can thrive while balancing life events and career development.
At the same time, we will implement a variety of practical and sustainable initiatives aimed at developing and promoting future female managers.

As specific measures, we will enhance female employees' management and leadership capabilities through professional development and leadership training programs.
Additionally, by strengthening career support and expanding various programs and initiatives, we will support long-term career development and continued success.

Action Plan for Promoting Women's Advancement

Based on basic policy, the KONAMI Group has developed an action plan to promote women's advancement.

"Eruboshi" Certification

3 Star "Eruboshi" Certification, highest rating, from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as an outstanding company for promoting women's participation in the workplace based on the "Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace (heron after, Act to Promote Women's Participation)" was granted to Konami Sports Co., Ltd. in August 2019 and to KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (currently KONAMI GROUP CORPORATION) in August 2021.

"Eruboshi" Certification is granted to companies that have formulated and submitted an action plan based on the Act to Promote Women's Participation, and that have made excellent efforts to promote female participation.
Certification level is determined by the level of fulfillment in the following five evaluation items: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working hours and other work styles," "ratio of women in managerial positions" and "variety in career courses."
