Konami Sports has been certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as an outstanding company for promoting women's participation in the workplace, and subsequently received the highest certification, the "Eruboshi" symbol, in August 2019. (Konami Digital Entertainment received the same certification in July 2016.)

The "Eruboshi" certification is awarded to outstanding companies that have created an environment conductive to female participation, based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace ("Act to Promote Women's Participation").
Konami Sports has received the highest grade of certification by fulfilling all five criteria "recruitment," "continued employment," "including such as working hours," "ratio of women in managerial positions" and "various career possibilities."

The Konami Group will strive to further improve the framework that will help ease employees' return to work from maternity and childcare leave, and support continuation of their careers. In addition, we have set a goal for increasing the ratio of female employees in managerial positions, and have implemented measures to achieve this goal.
We will continue to further evolve an environment that promotes active workplace participation for female employees.
