KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION

KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION has received 3 Star "Eruboshi" Certification, highest rating, from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as an outstanding company for promoting women's participation in the workplace based on the "Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace (heron after, Act to Promote Women's Participation)."
(The same Certification has been granted to Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. in July 2016 and to Konami Sports Co., Ltd. in August 2019.)

"Eruboshi" Certification is granted to companies that have formulated and submitted an action plan based on the Act to Promote Women's Participation, and that have made excellent efforts to promote female participation.
Certification level is determined by the level of fulfillment in the below five evaluation items: "recruitment," "continued employment," "working hours and other work styles," "ratio of women in managerial positions" and "variety in career courses."
KONAMI has met all the standards in all evaluation items and has received the highest rating of 3 Stars for the "Eruboshi" Certification.

Konami Group has set female participation as one of its key strategies for the corporation's sustainable growth.
We have specifically implemented "management & executive level training programs" to train and develop the skills of candidates for these positions, as well as supporting balance work and family life through various programs such as extended childcare leave and reduced working hours that has resulted in this 3 Star "Eruboshi" Certification.

Konami Group will continue to create an environment where all employees, regardless of gender, can fully demonstrate their abilities and work vigorously.
