GX Compatible Structure Decks Added for Players to use in Duels

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announces that the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX world is now available in KONAMI’s mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links.  

The Yu-Gi-Oh! GX world brings Jaden Yuki, Chazz Princeton and Alexis Rhodes to Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, allowing Duelists from around the world to empower themselves with each character’s distinct and powerful Summons. The world will include all new missions and stages for Duelists to test their mettle and prepare for competitive card-battle action.

“The Legendary Warrior” and “HERO Rising!” are two new Yu-Gi-Oh! GX themed Structure Decks added for players to use in Duels. Compatibility with cards for Joey Wheeler and Jaden Yuki will make these Decks a welcome addition for any Duelist of any skill level. Each Structure Deck will come with 12 featured cards: one Super Rare, nine Rares, and two Common Cards. “The Legendary Warrior” will include D.D. Warrior and Marmiting Captain. The “HERO Rising!” Structure Deck will include Elemental HERO Blazeman and A HERO Emerges cards.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX is the second animated TV series in the Yu-Gi-Oh! animated franchise, following Jaden Yuki as he attends Duel Academy to become the world’s best Duelist.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! series is based on the manga Yu-Gi-Oh! (by Kazuki Takahashi), which was serialized in SHUEISHA Inc.’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 1996, and is now on the fifth iteration of the “Yu-Gi-Oh!” animated series (currently airing on TV Tokyo-affiliated channels). KONAMI released the first console game in 1998, and the series, including the trading card game, is still enjoyed by countless customers worldwide. KONAMI continues to develop and distribute a wide range of Yu-Gi-Oh! content to deliver the fun and excitement of the series to customers around the globe.
