EL SEGUNDO, CALIF. – May 24, 2017 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. announces today the launch of PES 2017 mobile, available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store. Since the May 10th announcement, more than 3.5 million players have already pre-registered on the official PES 2017 mobile website in only two weeks.
PES 2017 (PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER) is KONAMI’s flagship series of football action games that has been enjoyed by fans for more than 20 years, having sold more than 96 million copies worldwide (as of March 2017). Featuring the same game engine used in the original PES console series, PES 2017 mobile is optimized for mobile devices, allowing players to experience the thrilling, realistic football experience on-the-go. PES 2017 mobile is a fully featured football title, showcasing all partnered licences and familiar content from the PES series. Players can now build their dream team by acquiring their favourite athletes and coaches from famous club teams for the ultimate football action experience.
As part of the launch, special scouts and agents will be available for a limited time through several in-game events allowing users to enjoy creating the ultimate team. Starting today, users can earn players with high levels of shooting skills like Lionel Messi and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang by participating in the “Great Finishers” event. Another event, “Step Up Challenge,” allows users to play against COM teams under certain conditions and receive prizes based on the number of wins earned.
