A fix for the following issue was implemented during today's maintenance.

・ Users may not be able to claim Ranking Rewards from the previous Phase.

Ranking Rewards have been re-delivered to users who were unable to claim their rewards due to this issue.
As a token of apology for the issue, we have sent the following compensation to all affected users:

10,000 GP

Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

A fix for the following issue was implemented during today's maintenance.

・ After selecting "Previous Phase: Global" from the ranking page, the "Calculating Ranking" message is being displayed instead of the ranking from the previous Phase.

We are still working on a fix for the following issue. For users who are affected by this issue, all rewards that cannot be claimed will be re-delivered to you at a later date.

・ Users may not be able to claim Ranking Rewards from the previous Phase.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Following the 18/04/2024 maintenance, we have confirmed the following ongoing issue regarding eFootball™ League:

・ After selecting "Previous Phase: Global" from the ranking page, the "Calculating Ranking" message is being displayed instead of the ranking from the previous Phase.
・ Users may not be able to claim Ranking Rewards from the previous Phase.

This issue is currently under investigation.
