As compensation for this issue, we have sent 30,000 GP to all affected users during the 28/03/2024 maintenance.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are aware that some users were unable to log in during the following period, with the "C_NAJM_0020" error code being shown.

We can confirm that this issue has been resolved.
Users who were previously affected by this issue should now be able to log in normally.

On the same note, the affected users will see their Avatar being reverted to default after logging in.
If you wish to re-select an Avatar, please choose from any of the currently available Avatars.

As a token of apology, we will be sending a compensation to all affected users at a later date.
