If you have received a refund from Google Play for eFootball™ Coins that you have already purchased (both paid and free), the purchased eFootball™ Coins will be automatically deducted from your balance.

Please note that if your eFootball™ Coin balance is insufficient at the timing of deduction, your Coin balance will be reduced to less than zero (negative balance). Moreover, if your Coin balance remains below zero for a certain period of time, you may be restricted from using in-game functions.

In addition, if your Coin balance is less than zero (negative balance) on a different operating system that you are not currently using as a result of data transfer, you may still be restricted from using in-game functions.
