We have confirmed an ongoing issue on Windows 10 and Windows 11 where Denuvo Anti-Cheat cannot be installed correctly and hence the game cannot be launched if users are signed in without administrator rights.

This issue can be avoided by using either of the following methods:

・ Sign in as a user with administrator rights and launch the game.

・ Download and install Denuvo Anti-Cheat manually by following the instructions in the link below, then launch the game.

We are aware of an ongoing issue where the game may not start on Windows 11.

This issue is currently being investigated.
