When your Battle Phase starts, it negates the effect of all face-up monsters on other fields, returning their ATK and DEF back to their base stats!
And during the Battle Phase of the turn this is activated, it can increase its ATK by 1000 until the end of the Battle Phase when an opponent's card effect activates, and becomes able to attack twice during that Battle Phase!
