Example of Combos

Gladiator Beast Gyzarus + Gladiator Beast Darius + Test Tiger

When you control a "Gladiator Beast" monster, and have "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" in the Graveyard, activate the effect of "Test Tiger" to Special Summon it from your hand.
Next, use the other effect of "Test Tiger" to return your "Gladiator Beast" monster to your Deck and Special Summon "Gladiator Beast Darius" from your Deck.
Monsters Special Summoned with the effect of "Test Tiger" count as being Summoned by a "Gladiator Beast" monster's effect, so use the effect of "Gladiator Beast Darius" to Special Summon "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" from your Graveyard.
Now that you have "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" and another "Gladiator Beast" monster on the field, you can return them to your Deck to Special Summon "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" who will destroy 2 cards on the field!
