If you have 1000 or lower Life Points, you can increase its ATK by 500 until the end of the turn by detaching 1 Xyz Material from it, as well as decrease the ATK of an opponent monster by 1000 until the end of the turn!
You can activate this effect several times as long as you have Xyz Materials. "Number 39: Utopia" plus its 2 Xyz Materials equals 3, so you can use this effect 3 times to increase your monster's ATK to 4000 and decrease your opponent monster's ATK by 3000!

Once "Star Seraph Sovereignty" has been Special Summoned, you can draw 1 card, and then add a second copy of "Star Seraph Sovereignty" to your hand due to the effect of "Star Seraph Scepter"!
With this, you can activate the effect of the second copy of "Star Seraph Sovereignty" that you have added to your hand, and then draw 1 card by Special Summoning it! In addition, if you Xyz Summon using these 3 monsters, you can destroy 1 other card on the field and draw 1 card thanks to the effect of "Star Seraph Scepter." -
- Hieratic Dragon of Tefnuit + Hieratic Dragon of Su + Hieratic Dragon King of Atum

If your opponent controls a monster, Special Summon "Hieratic Dragon of Tefnuit" from your hand and Tribute it in order to Special Summon "Hieratic Dragon of Su" from your hand!
