- "Vampire Scarlet Scourge" + "Vampire Retainer" + "Vampire's Domain"

First, Normal Summon "Vampire Retainer" and activate "Vampire's Domain."
"Vampire's Domain" will allow you to perform an additional Normal Summon, so Tribute "Vampire Retainer" to Tribute Summon "Vampire Scarlet Scourge."
Then, Special Summon "Vampire Retainer" from the Graveyard using its own effect. This will cause the other effect of "Vampire Retainer" to activate, allowing you to add a "Vampire" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand! -
- "Inzektor Centipede" + "Inzektor Giga-Mantis" + "Inzektor Hopper"

First, Normal Summon "Inzektor Centipede" from your hand and use its effect to equip "Inzektor Hopper."
