Period during which refunds may be requested

For customers who have unused Crystals, we are offering refunds, so please contact us from the app.

September 5, 2023 05:00 (UTC) - November 30, 2023 05:00 (UTC)

Failure to make a request within the time period specified above will result in exclusion from this refund procedure.

Notice Regarding End of Service and Crystal Sales

Since our launch in July 2022, we have been blessed with great support from many players. It is with heavy hearts that we will be ending service at 05:00 (UTC) on Monday, September 4, 2023. In addition, we will be ending all sales of Crystals after this announcement.

We couldn't have made it this far without your support.

Although there is only a short time left until the end of service, we are planning to launch various events and campaigns to express our gratitude.

Upcoming Schedule

• April 4 at 05:00 (UTC): New "Yu-Gi-Oh SEVENS" Single Player Event and cards
• April 13 at 05:00 (UTC): New Raid Event and cards
• September 4 at 05:00 (UTC): End of Service

In addition, we will increase the amount of rewards such as gifts and login bonuses so that players may continue to enjoy the game until the service ends.

Notice Regarding Refunds for Unused Crystals

The following is for residents of Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Following the announcement of service ending, we would like to bring to your attention that refunds will be available for your unused Crystals after the service has ended. Refund applications will be accepted beginning from September 5, 2023 at 05:00 (UTC). We hope you will enjoy the game until the end.

If you delete the application before the refund is complete, or had not updated to the latest app version, there may be complications in processing your refund.Please make sure to note your Duelist ID and Crystal balance beforehand.

Furthermore, if the application does not start correctly when using an out-of-date version after September 5, 05:00 (UTC), please contact our Customer Service Center.
