Controls (Vehicles)

An action icon appears when you approach the driver's seat of vehicles that you can control.
To get into the vehicle while the icon is displayed, press the button. The controls change while you are driving a vehicle.

: Brake/reverse
The vehicle will brake if moving forward,otherwise it will accelerate in reverse.
: Accelerator pedal
Accelerate the vehicle forward.
This will apply the brakes when driving in reverse.
: Attack
Attack with the vehicle's weapon if it has one.
: Use binoculars/Change view
Hold down to use binoculars.
(Switches to first-person view with some vehicles.)
View button: Pause
Open the Pause Menu.
Menu button: iDroid
Use the information terminal.
Left stick: Steering
Steer the vehicle left/right.
Right stick button: Change viewpoint
Zoom camera in moving viewpoint and switch camera left/right in shooting viewpoint.
D-pad
: Turn headlights on/off
: Select/equip items

button: Call (Use radio)
Use the radio.

button: Get out
Get out of the vehicle.
