Negrete Becomes Official Ambassador for eFootball™

Negrete Captures the eye of KONAMI after completing his eFootball™ Hero’s Journey under the guidance of Neymar Jr.

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announces that Brazilian influencer and football aficionado, Negrete is now an official ambassador for KONAMI’s eFootball™. Negrete’s fine display of entertainment, gaming skills and love of football has captured the eye of KONAMI and with the guidance of current eFootball™ ambassador, Neymar Jr., finds himself among a list of ambassadors, adorned by global football elite. The content creator will promote the game’s campaigns and content on his digital channels, in addition to participating in brand activations.

“I set out on the impossible journey to partner with KONAMI to become an eFootball™ ambassador,” said Negrete. “My background and accolades are far different than the Brazilian football heroes that have become ambassadors before me. However, I bring an equal love for football. I am here to unite my fans, eFootball™ players and celebrate football from a perspective everyone can be entertained by.”

After taking a trip to Tokyo, Japan to spectate the eFootball™ Championship 2024 in July, Negrete immediately set out on his “hero’s journey” to impress KONAMI officials to become an official eFootball™ ambassador. He went on to collaborate with several other fellow Brazilians on his path, including popular streamer Luqeta, professional eFootball™ player, Mito Abdalla and traveling to Saudi Arabia to meet with Neymar Jr.
