  • Facility Specialist

    The facility specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of our building located in Hawthorne, CA. He/she must work closely with several cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, organized play, and production to achieve or exceed overall corporate goals and ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are shipped out on schedule. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory and shipping.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle receiving of shipments into our warehouse.
    • Working with the various teams that require shipping labels- both domestically and internationally.
    • Maintain accurate inventory of all building assets.
    • Communicate inventory levels to appropriate team members for replenishment with enough lead time to facilitate approvals, production time, and delivery of needed items.
    • Process internal requests for the HR and Facility team, including but not limited to vendor payment requests, expense reports, and sample requests.
    • Work with external partners to get these materials delivered to the events on time and within budget.
    • Assist HR with all internal company events.
    • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and office/maintenance supplies for the office including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements and annual postings.

  • Customer Support Representative

    We are hiring a customer support representative (contract position) to assist with customer queries and complaints. You will be asked to process orders and escalate various customer matters through several communication channels. Other duties include participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics, as well as maintaining expert knowledge about company products/services to best help customers.

    Job Description:

    • Provide timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk ticket system, phone, chat, and email.
    • Assist in maintaining new customer accounts in Insite, OTS Database, and KCGN.
    • Work with internal departments to ensure operational and product quality consistency.
    • Assist in mass emailing tournament stores product and event information.

  • Digital Store Planning and Analytics Specialist

    This specialist role is a vital member of the Business Strategy, Sales and Operations group and at the forefront of critical first party interactions. The individual will report to the Senior department members and collaborate to ensure that all content releases, assets, metadata, and pricing are submitted to our distribution partners (Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft and other PC opportunities). This position is also responsible for initial planning and securing of sales, promotional opportunities, sales goals and help achieve revenue targets for the Americas. This is a growth position and responsibilities listed are not all inclusive, additional duties may be assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with distribution partners (console & PC) to plan and secure sales and promotional opportunities for our titles throughout the year, including the preparation and submission of promotional plans and all that this entails (sales analysis, timing windows, brand goals, fiscal targets, more).
    • Collaborate and align promotional efforts with global Konami offices.
    • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our distribution partners.
    • Plan and develop incremental revenue opportunities for our digital contents.

  • Organized Play and Warehouse Specialist

    The Organized Play and Warehouse Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing all aspect of our internal and external warehouses. He/she must work closely with several cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Organized Play, R&D, Facilities, and Production to achieve or exceed overall corporate goals and ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are shipped out on schedule.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle receiving of shipments into our warehouse.
    • Working with the various teams in Card Business and Digital Publishing to get prizing and support items shipped out in a timely manner
    • Maintain accurate inventory of all Marketing, Organized Play, Digital, and Event items utilizing the WASP inventory system.
    • Keep warehouse in order and work with Associate Director of HR and Facilities to make sure proper shipping supplies are on hand to cover outgoing shipments.
    • Communicate inventory levels to appropriate team members for replenishment with enough lead time to facilitate approvals, production time, and delivery of needed items.
    • Work with our external fulfillment warehouses to ensure products are shipped out on schedule
    • Monitor and review inventory levels at external fulfillment warehouses to ensure any extra product is being used in a timely manner so we do incur unneeded storage fees.
    • Work with internal and external teams to get required art assets, have designs created and approved to our vendors to ensure all event prizing is produced and in house or at distribution center at least 4 weeks prior to first usage.
    • Help accurately data enter and process North American Tournament Paperwork as we work toward digital only reporting.
    • Process internal requests for the OP team, including but not limited to Vendor Payment Requests, Expense Reports, and Sample Requests.
    • Make sure all materials being used at in person events and conventions for OP, Marketing, Digital and Sales are properly inventoried and ready to ship out prior to the events.
    • Work with external partners to get these materials delivered to the events on time and within budget.
    • Receive all returning shipments from events and restock each kit as needed working with the appropriate team members so we are prepared for the next event.
    • Monitor and report on Organized Play activities on established and new Trading Card Games
    • Work with Organized Play team to ensure event reports are completed in a timely fashion

  • Network & System Administrator

    Network & System Administrator will manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure. Daily tasks may include configure/security audit & patch/deploy network and systems, software and hardware. Network & System Administrator will be part of IT supporting team member, to provide general IT support services to the end-users' essential business environment consists of PC/Mac Hardware & OS, business applications, security configuration, email, VPN, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Must fully “own” the network environment, to keep its system services running, and take full responsibility of its upgrades, maintenance, and service availability.
    • Administrate Linux and Microsoft Server System Roles, Active Directory, VMWare, DHCP, DNS, Cisco IOS, Incident Response, MS-SQL Server, MySQL server, vCenter server environment, Email server (Microsoft Exchange, Postfix), VOIP, and Data storage (NAS, DAS, IP SAN) environment.

  • Business and Sales Analyst

    The Analyst is responsible for inputting daily deal uploads, researching underlying rights and game restrictions/data, developing curated client availability lists, analyzing client requests and creating executive summaries thereof. Business and Sales Analyst works closely with the Content Licensing group from deal start to close, capturing and interpreting data.

    Report To: Senior Director of Business Strategy, Sales and Operations

    • Genre decay curves & Game Mode Trends – Identify future potential unfilled interests, show current trends and demonstrate where those trends are on a decay curve.
    • Performs extensive research of rights and restrictions, development of client avail lists, analysis of client offers via internal and client facing workups.
    • Feature / Quality of Life improvements over time – Look clearly at clusters of specific genera of games and be able to demonstrate what features or evolutions made some succeed and the others fail and what features from each were adopted going forward. (Apex vs Anthem)
    • Graphical standards (by genre) – Not every game needs to be AAA, but every game needs to be polished to the level of its competitive landscape.
    • Current standards and projected future standards – Showing through MetaCritic and user ratings what the public expectations have been and will be going forward.
    • Current standards and projected future standards – 1st party console, PC and Mobile – Using past sales/software installations to show how games that adopted and pushed their respective hardware either succeeded or failed. And in either success or failure, sent new benchmarks for other games.
    • Current paid media trends and baseline spends – We have shown HQ many times that we are well below normal spends on marketing/media at 8%. This position can not only help showcase that, but work closely with brand and agency on paid media spends in real time.

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 4-5 years’ in the Entertainment Industry, preferable video games
