Organized Play Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: An individual contributor that supports the Card Business Organized Play (OP) team, maintains inventory of all OP-related materials and event-related materials, coordinates shipping, logistics and tournament support for all Card Business IP for North America and Latin America.

Reports To: Director, Organized Play
Scheduling and minute-taking of meetings.
Help process North American and Latin American Tournament Paperwork.
Approve tournaments in the Online Tournament Software, upload any tournament files for OTS.
Process internal requests for the OP team, including but not limited to Vendor Payment Requests, Expense Reports, General Approval Requests, and Sample Requests.
Assist in reaching out to OTS in North and Latin America, to help gather pending reports and assist with uploading of KTS files, including but not limited to UDS Qualifiers, OTS Championship, VIP Qualifiers, Sneak Peeks, etc.
Make sure the Spanish and Portuguese Website Translations are done and up to date with the English Website.
Learn to operate offline and online tournament software.
Assist Organized Play Specialist with:
Packaging and shipping OP and event items for North and Latin American events, including but not limited to Regional Qualifiers, Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series, UDS Invitational, World Championship Qualifiers, store-level events and judge compensation items.
Organizing and maintaining accurate inventory of North and Latin American prize support.
Organizing and maintaining of the OP storage areas.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
Must have great organizational skills.
At least 1 year of Warehouse knowledge/experience.
Should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
High sense of confidentiality.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to accurately process and data enter information.
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to work with various personality types and work styles in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of or the willingness to learn the workings of Card Business TCGs, including gameplay.
Knowledge of various shipping services (ex: FedEx, UPS, and DHL).
Develop, manage, and optimize user acquisition/engagement campaigns across mobile platforms through research, and measurement of key KPIs to meet ROI goals.
Develop and manage creatives and copies to provide the most effective multi-language marketing activities in our global market by working closely with our in-house creative team, related departments, and partners.
Collaborate with related departments to develop and manage other marketing activities such as social marketing, events, and PR.
Create and manage a user acquisition funnel by analyzing, planning, and executing app store optimization (ASO).
Manage and measure all marketing activities through quantitative/qualitative research and analysis to drive PDCA and provide input on how to improve processes.
Manage schedule and budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
Responsible for administrative tasks related to all marketing activities.
MANAGING DATA DRIVEN PERFORMANCE MARKETING
Ensure games are measured, tagged and tracked correctly, so performance of in-app events can be quantitatively measured and adjusted as needed to meet objectives.
Collaborate with our analytics team and production team on implementation and testing.
Determine the appropriate methods and a system of metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness.
Analyze and investigate marketing KPI data from both performance-based and brand marketing perspectives.
Conduct in-depth post-campaign analytics and other ad-hoc analysis. Lead marketing measurement efforts, targeting, segmentation, and media mix modeling.
TEAMWORK AND SELF MOTIVATION
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our international production team to identify opportunities and implement recommendations to drive the success of Konami games.
Coordinate with content rights holders as needed to gain approvals of marketing materials or maximize co-marketing opportunities.
Take leadership and be passionate about developing and executing new ideas by overcoming challenges in high pressure situations.
Report performance of activities such as campaign performance, PR/Event execution, and creative performance to the Senior Marketing Manager.
