  • Application Programmer - Temp Position - Remote Work Possible

    A strong self-starter with experience developing and maintaining software programs. Candidates should have solid knowledge in computer programming and database management, the ability to multi-task numerous projects, and interact with multiple personalities including those that may not have technical expertise. This position allows for Remote Work.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain and continue to develop our Judge and Official Tournament Store Portals
    • Maintain and continue to develop our KONAMI Tournament Software
    • Work with Organized Play, Marketing, and Digital Products Teams to assess programing needs and develop tools to help streamline their processes
    • Convert existing Official Tournament Store database tool to SQL back end and improve the synchronization with the Official Tournament Store Portal

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Network & System Administrator

    Network & System Administrator will manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure. Daily tasks may include configure/security audit & patch/deploy network and systems, software and hardware. Network & System Administrator will be part of IT supporting team member, to provide general IT support services to the end-users' essential business environment consists of PC/Mac Hardware & OS, business applications, security configuration, email, VPN, and etc.

    Requirements:

    • Must fully “own” the network environment, to keep its system services running, and take full responsibility of its upgrades, maintenance and service availability.
    • Administrate Active directory, Microsoft Server System Roles, Linux, VMWare, DHCP, DNS, Cisco IOS, Incident Response, MS-SQL Server, MySQL server, vCenter server environment, Email server (Microsoft Exchange, Postfix), VOIP, and Data storage (NAS, DAS, IP SAN) environment.
    • Knowledge of a range of software and hardware diagnostic tools, including PowerShell (scripting), command line utilities and Linux shells.
    • Heavily experienced with TCP/IP in the virtual environment, including VLANs, VLAN Routing, virtual switches and Wireless controllers.
    • Experienced in setting up & manage Firewall & Security appliances including IPS/IDS, VPN (IPsec, L2TP, OpenVPN) and endpoint security products.
    • Experienced in managing Nutanix AHV/Hyper-V/vSphere, deploy and troubleshoot virtual servers, VDI and administrating VM infrastructure.
    • Ability to apply a sound troubleshooting methodology to isolate and resolve the root cause of reported issues at the operating system level and network hardware level.
    • To take care of System recovery tasks, backup processes, and test and prepare disaster recovery environment.
    • Manage vendor relationships and its IT equipment and software service contracts.
    • Must be able to travel between LA and NY (3-4 times/yr., 1-2 weeks long)

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Strong L2 and L3 network management experience.
    • Preferred administrative experience and knowledge of Cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) services
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with service-oriented mindset individual
    • Able to create and maintaining complete network documentation
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws (GDPR/CCPA)
    • Strong time management, prioritization, problem solving, and analytical skills in a multi-tasking environment
    • Ability to maintain consistent attendance and provide service report to supervisor and to the team.
    • Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to IT emergency situations, afterhours/weekend maintenance and system upgrades, urgent support, and upgrades during or outside of business hours.
    • Experienced with Change Management process within SOX Audited environment, is a Plus.
    • Fluency of Japanese language, is a Plus.

    • 5+ years of IT Administration experience blended across various system and network administration and Tech Support.

  • Associate Product Manager – Digital Products

    An individual contributor that supports the Digital Products Team with brand and product marketing for Yu-Gi-Oh! digital properties. Also responsible for coordinating marketing schedules, stakeholder approvals, and marketing analytics.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee marketing asset development for digital titles, including creating and managing the asset schedule, managing external vendor communications, and managing approvals process, including third-party approvals.
    • Manage marketing creative and product copy by working closely with in-house creative teams, development teams and external business partners.
    • Manage the execution of marketing activations and product promotions, ensuring campaigns and materials are created and delivered on schedule and within budget.
    • Manage price promotions calendar and activations in partnership with 1st Party team, HQ team, and other cross-functional partners, including obtaining all approvals.
    • Obtain necessary approvals for all marketing-related activities to ensure compliance with licensors, first-parties, ESRB, etc.
    • Manage and measure all marketing activities through quantitative/qualitative research, digital reporting, and analysis to provide campaign performance and business insights.
    • Create presentation materials as needed for sales meetings, trade shows, and consumer events.
    • Support internal accounting and financial processes on behalf of Digital Card team, including PO creation, invoices, etc.

     

    Accountable:

    • Assist Associate Director, Digital Products in developing all aspects of the marketing plans for the Yu-Gi-Oh! digital game portfolio, including, but not limited to positioning, target market identification and analysis, strategic marketing plan development, budgeting, category and competitive analysis, campaign execution, and campaign reporting, with a focus on new user acquisition and strong ROI.
    • Collaborate with the Card Business department to improve integration of various marketing programs with official Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG digital channels and events, such as TV campaigns, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and offline Organized Play initiatives and events.
    • Collaborate with Product Manager, Digital and Senior Digital Products and Livestream Specialist to deliver reporting and business insights for Digital Card business.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Exceptional time management and organization skills, with ability to help organize assets, track deadlines, and help create processes to streamline the business.
