The Konami Group is focused in expanding its childcare support system and creating an environment where all of our employees can balance work and family life.
Specifically, we are focusing on proactive support for child rearing by establishing systems such as subsidies from company to use childcare centers and babysitters, as well as short-time work system for workers who need to raise their children.

We provide continuous supporting environment by offering employees with opportunities to learn about the company's childcare support system and holding sessions to share cases in which the system was implemented, having several discussion sessions where employees meet, and talking about how they manage childcare while working.

At Konami Group, "Next-Generation Certification Mark (known as "Kurumin")" from the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare has been granted to four companies, including KONAMI GROUP CORPORATION, as "Child Rearing Support Company" by achieving the goals of "General Employer Action Plan" based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children" set up by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare.

"Kurumin" Certification is granted to companies that have formulated business action plans based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children," and that have achieved the goals set in the action plan and met certain requirements.
