■ Konami Sports' Initiatives on Promoting Sports

Since establishing our in-house Gymnastics and Swimming teams, we have strived to provide not only training facilities, but also an environment where our employees can balance work and sports events, with the goal of nurturing athletes that can compete on the world stage. Our athletes have made efforts to foster greater interest and participation in sports through participating in various activities offered at Konami Sports Club facilities and giving off-site lectures. In addition, we have continued to hire retired athletes as employees, and have created an environment where they can nurture future athletes as well as instruct children by drawing on their own experiences, so that we can provide them with a second career. For our employees, free fitness footages are provided to encourage exercising under the COVID-19 pandemic.
