Certain minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjacent countries, such as gold, tantalum, tin and tungsten, are known to be a source of revenues for armed groups committing horrific atrocities in these countries, and are therefore known as conflict minerals. The Konami Group is making efforts in cooperation with suppliers to eliminate usage of conflict minerals.
