Story

Our story's hero and Jowy were a part of the Highland Kingdom's Unicorn Youth Brigade, partaking in a taxing battle against the City-States. The City-States of Jowston, made up of the 5 cities of Muse, South Window, Tinto, Greenhill, and Two River, as well as the Matilda Knights, and the Highland Kingdom were involved in a never-ending battle over gaining control of land.

A few months earlier to the story, Agares Blight, king of Highland, and Anabelle, mayor of Muse, signed a truce agreement, both sides happy to see an end to the fighting. However, fires of a new war continued to smolder in the shadows...

A cast of over 140 characters, comprised of the 108 Stars of Destiny, members of the City-States of Jowston, and the Highland enemies, come together to weave a dynamic and magnificent story.

Prologue

These lands held by the Highland Kingdom, the 5 City-States of Jowston, and the Matilda Knights, are a site of constant border disputes.
To the east, with its back to the sea, the Highland Kingdom maintains an intimate relationship with its northern neighbor, the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia. Highland, a military might, is constantly gripped with a perpetual sense of territorial danger that leads the kingdom to odds with the City-States of Jowston.
In contrast, The Jowston Alliance has Lake Dunan situated at its center, which forces a reliance on boats, or having to make significant detours around the shoreline. This makes cooperation between the city-states difficult, making it hard for them to come together against one enemy.
A young man is stationed at an army garrison near one of the borders.
When he closes his eyes, his mind drifts to his hometown.

The boy's adoptive father, Genkaku, was a strict parent,but also imparted him with many teachings.
That they were not of blood connection mattered not at all.
Nanami is the boy's foster sister.
They have been a family as long as they can remember.
Genkaku and the boy are always in Nanami's thoughts.
The boy also has a close childhood friend, Jowy.
They have learned lots of lessons together, and shared many experiences.
They were all irreplaceable to the boy.
they were always there, together with the scenery of his hometown.

The boy opens his eyes to see Jowy's smile.
"Changed already?Can't wait, huh?"
Tomorrow they will be returning to Kyaro Town.
Though they know not why this war began, or for what reason the cease-fire agreement was signed, one fact makes the boy's heart race...
He's going home.
The wheels of destiny slowly grind on as the thoughts and wishes of many pass each other by, sometimes gently, sometimes heartlessly...
And yet, the wheels will continue to turn without fail.

Characters

Camus

Captain of the Matilda Knightdom’s Red Knights. He joined on the same day as Miklotov and became close friends after crossing swords in the initiation test.
Kinnison

A young man who lives by hunting with Shiro. He is distressed by the destruction of the forest by the Royal Highland Army.
Klaus

Son of the great General Kiba of the Highland Kingdom army. A young military strategist with outstanding talent that serves as his father's chief of staff.
Culgan

One of the most intelligent generals in the Highland Kingdom army, with calm judgment and a clear mind. He won’t hesitate to use any means to achieve his cause.
Georg

A legendary swordsman with many names, such as “Deathblow Georg Prime”, one of “The Six Great Generals”, “Ebony Moon Night” and the “Queen Slayer”.
Sasuke

A young boy learning ninjutsu in Rokkaku Hamlet. He and Kasumi are childhood friends, but recently he has been avoiding her for some reason.
Seed

He is the fiercest general in the Highland Kingdom, sworn to absolute loyalty to the kingdom. It is difficult to stop his furious sword fights.
Sheena

He inherited sword skills from his father, Lepant, and magic from his mother, Eileen. Despite his potential, he spends his days playing instead of training.
Jeane

A skilled rune sage with a mystical atmosphere. A beautiful woman who never speaks of herself and whose actions and words are shrouded in mystery.
Sierra

Despite her dainty appearance, she is the founder of the vampire race. She has been on a centuries-long journey to track down the evil vampire Neclord.
Shu

He used to study under Mathiu but was expelled for trying to use his exceptional military skills for his own career.
Jillia

Princess of the Highland Kingdom. Her gentle and benevolent nature, in contrast to her brother Luca, caused rumors doubting whether they were actually siblings.
Shiro

A wolf-canine with the blood of a wolf and a dog. He and Kinnison, who have been together since childhood, are like an irreplaceable family to each other.
Hai Yo

A chef with a cheerful and bright personality. He had a girlfriend named Shun Min, but she was stolen away by an organization called the Black Dragon Cooking Clan.
Fitcher

At first look, he has an unshaven face with a messy appearance, but he’s actually an excellent negotiator and good at deals, having served as the top diplomat in the past.
Pohl

A kind and brave boy who helped the Hero and Jowy when they were prisoners in the Mercenary Fortress.
Miklotov

Captain of the Blue Knights of the Matilda Knightdom. He has first-rate sword skills, but gets fired up easily and has a serious, single-minded sense of justice.
Mukumuku

A flying squirrel that was playing in Kyaro. Nanami held him in her arms and named him Mukumuku.
