Streaming Guidelines

These eBaseball™: MLB PRO SPIRIT Video and Screenshot Posting Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as these “Guidelines”) set forth the terms and conditions, which are applicable when you post on the Internet videos (as detailed below) (including live streaming; hereinafter the same shall apply) of you playing the game software, eBaseball™: MLB PRO SPIRIT (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
You may post videos of you playing the Game, provided that you follow these Guidelines.
You do not need to contact us separately if you post a video of you playing the Game in accordance with these Guidelines.

The implementation of game tournaments using the Game (e.g., holding tournaments that invite a large number of participants, as well as individual matches, and holding events to attract customers for specific services or for profit purposes) is outside the scope of these Guidelines.

To whom do these Guidelines apply?

These Guidelines apply to individual customers.

Types of Play Videos you may post

You may post videos and screenshots (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Play Videos”) of playing the Game in accordance with these Guidelines.

Types of Play Videos you may post include so-called clipped videos, which are edited from Play Videos of third parties other than you playing the Game.
However, the original Play Videos must be posted in accordance with these Guidelines. Please confirm that the people who posted the original Play Videos or the rights holders thereto, such as their agencies, have given authorization based on the guidelines of such rights holders.

When posting Play Videos, you may also use materials specified by us.

*Notes on the use of materials in the Game
Do not use materials for any purpose other than posting Play Videos.
When using the logo, do not change its aspect ratio and position the logo to be displayed in its entirety. (Avoid any layout in which the logo is cut off in part.)

Please update the Game to the latest version before shooting Play Videos.
Regardless of whether or not you engage in any prohibited activities under these Guidelines, please delete your Play Videos promptly upon request by us.

Editing Play Videos

You may post edited or processed Play Videos or use them in combination with your face and voice for a so-called live play-by-play game.
In this case, however, you must abide by the following conditions:

• Do not extract only some of the elements contained in the Game, such as background music or character images.
• Do not infringe any third-party rights by processing or editing Play Videos.
• Otherwise, do not over-edit or over-process Play Videos so as not to hinder proper understanding of the content of the Game.
• Do not use insulting, slanderous, libelous, or defamatory expressions against specific individuals or groups, such as players, stadiums, and teams.

Prohibitions when posting Play Videos

When posting Play Videos, you are prohibited from doing any of the following activities:

• Posting for commercial purposes (including the sale and paid closed streaming of Play Videos); provided, however, that monetization using the system on the video streaming site where you post shall not be considered to be for commercial purposes as far as interpreted in accordance with these Guidelines.
• Using Play Videos to promote and advertise other goods, services, or companies.
• Posting for the purpose of defamation or antisocial activities.
• Posting for the purpose of religious or political activities.
• Including content that is offensive to public order and morals or combining Play Videos with illegal information.
• Posting Play Videos that contain any elements that we have not published, such as modification to the Game and the results of analysis.
• Misleading people as if there is commission from us or partnership with us even though there is no such fact.
• Reposting videos or screenshots created by third parties other than you without their authorization.
• Using music from the Game in Play Videos.

Play Videos that violate these Guidelines

Please report to us any Play Videos that violate these Guidelines through the contact point below (we do not provide any response regarding reports and their results).

Other provisions

• We will not compensate you for any damage suffered by you as a result of posting Play Videos in accordance with these Guidelines.
• Please note that we may introduce your Play Videos on our YouTube channel, official website, and official SNS accounts.
• We do not respond to queries about the interpretation of these Guidelines.
• The music used in the Game is outside the scope of these Guidelines. The Game includes music licensed from its rights holder, and using such music in Play Videos may infringe the copyright of the rights holder of the music, so please do not use the music in the Play Videos (as a game feature, the background music and in-game effect sounds can be turned off from Menu > Sound Settings).
• These Guidelines will be updated from time to time without notice. Please check the latest version each time you post Play Videos.
