Main updates for version 1.004

GRADIUS III

• Changed the default number of lives in Training Mode to 4 and ensured it remains at 4 after restarting.
  (This support is required to enable adding up to 4 Options via REMAIN OPTION)
• Changed the clear condition for the EX BOSS stage in Training Mode to "Area" only.

SALAMANDER 2

• Adjusted the hitbox display.

SALAMANDER III

• Fixed an issue where the maximum loop count selectable in Stage Select would reset after returning to the title menu after clearing Loop 128 or higher.

XBOX Version

• Added support for Microsoft-licensed arcade sticks.
