It is with regret that we inform you we have discontinued our service of this application as of Feb 29,2024, 1:59 PM(JST / UTC+09:00).
Unused Premium EG will be refunded to customers in accordance with Article 20.1 of the Law Concerning Fund Settlements, from Mar 1,2024, 2:00 PM(JST / UTC+09:00).

  • How to apply for a refund

    Please follow the procedure below to request a refund.

    • After launching the application, tap the "Request a Refund" button in the "Notice Regarding End of Service" displayed on the screen.
    • Fill in your e-mail address using the form on the "About our Refund Policy" page.
    • Tap the "Send" button after confirming the contents of the inquiry.
    • We will send an e-mail to your e-mail address with the URL for the refund procedure.
    • Access the URL provided in the e-mail you receive and enter the required information (reference number, e-mail address, telephone number, product title, bank name, branch name, branch code, account name (Kanji/Kana), account type, and account number).

    *Reference number: We will send the reference number with the e-mail that includes the URL stated above.
    *Product Title: Please select the product title from the list of titles that are currently accepting refund applications.

  • Refund period

    Mar 1,2024, 2:00 PM(JST / UTC+09:00) - May 31,2024, 1:59 PM(JST / UTC+09:00)
    *Failure to request a refund within the time period will result in exclusion from this refund procedure.

  • Regarding the refund procedure

    After completing the required procedures, Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd will transfer the amount equivalent to the remaining Premium in Japanese Yen to the bank account in Japan designated by the customer*.
    (Transaction fees will be paid by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd.)
