Konami Digital Entertainment Inc. (KONAMI) today announced that eBaseball™: PRO SPIRIT 2026 will be launching for PlayStation®5 and Steam® worldwide on July 16 and pre-orders are available.
The latest entry in KONAMI’s long-running baseball franchise delivers an authentic baseball experience built around realistic gameplay, immersive presentation, and a wide variety of modes for players of all skill levels.
The game features the latest 2026 Japanese professional baseball player data, including newly drafted rookies, international signings, and returning players. Powered by Unreal® Engine, eBaseball™: PRO SPIRIT 2026 delivers next-generation visuals that recreate the atmosphere of a live baseball game, from realistic ball physics and detailed player animations to roaring crowds and dynamic commentary.
Players can jump into quick matches with Exhibition Games, or take control of a club in Season Mode, guiding their team through a full professional season with updated rosters and strategic roster management. Additional modes offer a variety of ways to experience the game, from scenario-based challenges and home run competitions to career-style progression and team customization.
Season Mode
In Season Mode, the Active Draft system has been introduced, allowing teams to acquire new talent and reshape their rosters at the end of each season. Compete through the 2026 campaign with newly added rookies and updated player lineups as you build a championship-caliber team.
Active Draft is a system designed to revitalize teams by requiring each club to transfer at least one player who has had limited playing opportunities to another team.
