Event Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Interpretation, event details and other documents
    1.1 The eFootball™ Legends Day, taking place at Maslak, 42 Maslak AVM, Ahi Evran Cd. No:6/70 D:Kat:3, 34485 Sarıyer/İstanbul (the “Venue”) on 27 December 2025 (the “Event”) operated event by SCARA MEDIA FZ LLC (“Scara”) on behalf of Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (“KONAMI”). Together, Scara and KONAMI shall be deemed the “Organizers”. Entry to the Event and participation in any activities during the Event (“Activities”) is subject to these terms and conditions of entry which may be updated or amended from time to time and can be accessed at Terms.
    1.2 Please take the time to read these Terms, since entering the Venue and/or participating in any Activities constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
    1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with:
    Ⅰ. any terms and conditions of entry to the Venue which the Venue owner may impose from time to time, in particular any list of prohibited acts or items, which shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
    • (a)Any disorderly conduct or excessive noise upon entering through the main gate of the Venue and within the Venue is not permitted.
    • (b)Smoking is not permitted at the Venue.
    • (c)The use of fireworks, sparklers and similar materials and, for any reason whatsoever, the possession or use of flammable, combustible or explosive materials within and around the Venue and 42 Maslak Shopping Mall is strictly prohibited.
    • (d)Persons who are excessively intoxicated, and/or persons who, after being admitted to the Venue, are likely to cause an incident will not be permitted to enter the Event and/or Venue.
    Ⅱ. the Privacy Notice specified in clause 8.2 (below).
    2. Event Entry and Information
    2.1 Attendance of the Event free of charge.
    2.2 Persons under 18 of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who agrees for you to attend. Parents or legal guardians attending the Event with children hereby accept these Terms in their own personal capacity and on behalf of the children they accompany.
    2.3 Attendees to the Event are responsible for covering any and all costs associated with their travel to, and attendance of, the Event.
    2.4 Restrictions may be placed on admission, re-admission or participation in any Activity depending on the state of congestion at the venue. Attendees may re-enter the venue while the Event is underway subject to availability.
    2.5 The nature of the Event and any Activities may be changed without prior notice up at any time.
    2.6 Upon entry to the Event, attendees will be required to show to members of staff their eFootball™ User ID in order to receive a Special Treasure Link and Trendyol Super Lig Monthly MVPs​ 3x Chance Deal.
    3. Photography & Media
    3.1 All attendants to the Event and participants of any Activities hereby acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and other media content may be taken during the Event and may be used for promotional purposes on official eFootball™ social media accounts and other marketing channels (including guest influencers channels). Participants waive any rights to compensation or approval regarding the use of such content.
    4. Event Activities and Rewards
    4.1 Subject to availability and the discretion of the Organizers, attendees of the Event may take part in certain Activities or obtain rewards (“Rewards”) during the Event. The Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any scheduled Activities or Rewards without prior notice. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
    4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, certain Activities and Rewards may be subject to limited capacity or availability. Participation in any Activities or receipt of any Rewards will be granted based on order of arrival, registration, or a lottery method as determined by the Organizers.
    4.3 To ensure a fair experience for all attendees, the Organizers may impose limits (at their discretion) on participation in certain Activities or receipt of any Rewards.
    4.4 The Organizers reserve the right to set and update the rules of any Activities and to exclude participants from any activity when deemed necessary to maintain fair play and a safe environment.
    5. Changes & Cancellation
    5.1 The Organizers may change Event details or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice.
    5.2 The Organizers reserve the right to alter or vary any proposed running order or scheduling for the Event at its sole discretion.
    5.3 Updates will be announced through official eFootball™ channels.
    6 Event Safety
    6.1 It is strictly prohibited to bring weapons, sharp or piercing objects, explosive or flammable materials, illegal substances, or any other items that may compromise safety into the Event and/or Venue.
    6.2 Whilst attending the Event attendees hereby agree to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and will not engage in, or cause others to engage in, any conduct which might bring KONAMI’s name or reputation into disrepute. The Organizers do not tolerate any form of abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, homophobic, Islamophobic, antisemitic, sexual, sectarian, racist, harassing or discriminatory behaviour (whether physical, verbal, or otherwise). This includes any language, gesture or behaviour relating to an individual’s or group’s race, nationality, ethnic or national origins, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age or disability. Such conduct is considered a serious breach of these Terms. If an attendee is found or reported to be abusing any: (i) the Organizers or any of their affiliates employees, contractors or consultants; (ii) fellow attendee; or (iii) influencer, member of the press or other Event attendee, in or around the Venue, or communicating via any electronic communication, social media or otherwise, such attendee shall face immediate expulsion from the Event, attendance ban for future KONAMI events, and (depending upon the seriousness of the conduct in question) the Organizers’ reserve the right to report any such behaviour to the relevant authorities.
    6.3 The Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the Venue during the Event for any reason where reasonably necessary. The Organizers and/or its affiliates may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the Event.
    6.4 Individuals who refuse security checks or fail to follow the instructions of security personnel may be denied entry to or removed from the Event areas and/or Venue.
    6.5 In the interests of public safety, the Organizers may request attendees to leave the Venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the Event.
    6.6 No admission or re-admission is permitted after the end of the Event.
    7. General
    7.1 All attendees must comply with any applicable venue terms and conditions and instructions from event staff.
    7.2 The Event is subject to all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
    7.3 The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event if there are insufficient participants, or for any other reason, in the Organizer’s reasonable discretion, including an event beyond its reasonable control.
    7.4 The Organizer’s authorization to enter the Event is personal to each attendee. Attendees of the Event may not transfer, sell, offer for sale, couple or bundle with any other product or service, or use for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever without the written consent of the Organizers.
    7.5 No animals or babes in arms will be admitted to the Event.
    8 DATA PROTECTION:
    8.1 Any personal data collected from or about attendees by or on behalf of KONAMI in connection with the Event, including during the Event, will be used solely in connection with the planning, running and follow-up for the Event and in strict accordance with Data Protection Laws.

    8.3 The Privacy Notice sets out details of the types of personal data KONAMI may collect from attendees, the lawful basis for collecting the personal data and the data subject’s right to object, how KONAMI protect and share personal data, and how to contact KONAMI with any requests, queries or complaints.
    9. Liability
    9.1 Attendees to the Event and participants to any Activities do so at their own risk.
    9.2 The Organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to any attendees of the Event except where any such loss, injury or damage is foreseeable and caused by the negligence of the Organizers, or their employees or affiliates. Loss, injury or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of the Organizer’s breach or if it was contemplated by the attendee and the Organizers at the time of entry to the Event.
    9.3 The Organizers shall take all reasonable precautions to maintain the security of the Venue during the Event, but it shall not be responsible in any way for the loss of, or damage to, any property of any attendee in the Venue (including any property left behind by attendees at the Venue following completion of the Event).
    9.4 Neither the Organizers’ nor its affiliates shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions on the enjoyment of the Event, Activities or Rewards for any reason.
    9.5 Except as otherwise set out in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Organizers’ nor any affiliate shall have any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of these Terms, including admission to the Venue, caused by any circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control including, as a consequence of any restrictions required by applicable law and/or regulation.
