   As such, please refrain from sharing this information to second or third-parties outside of the stated context.
4. Please note that replies may be delayed for inquiries made during Saturdays and public holidays.
5. Please be informed that if necessary, we may contact you by other means (e.g. telephone).
6. Please understand that certain inquiries may not be replied to.
   Examples include (but are not limited to):
   - Game strategies and guides
   - Contact and communication with KONAMI developers and other members of staff for personal purposes
   - Corporate information not released officially such as R&D data, etc.
   
   Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service if the nature of the inquiries are or contains:
   - Vulgarities or hateful content
   - Violations of local laws, sullying and/or slander to local cultures and religions
   KONAMI reserves the right to take appropriate action depending on the severity and circumstances of the above.
