  • 21-01-2019 Announcements Featured Players Coming Soon!

    The moment you've all been waiting for is almost here! We are happy to announce that Featured Players are set to make their mobile debut on 07/02/2019 following the end of regular maintenance.
    As on console, Featured Players appear in-game with various stats set higher than usual to reflect their real-life match performance.
    Additionally, their Player Cards will stand out from the pack thanks to special designs sporting photos taken from straight from actual matches.

  • 18-01-2019 Announcements Currently confirmed issues

    (UPDATE 18/01/2019)We are currently observing the following issue.
    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    ・An issue which causes an incorrect Owner ID to be displayed on both the title screen and the user details screen for some users.
    Go to [Extras] > [Support] > [Contact & FAQ] > [Inquiry Form] and select "I have a question about the game". Scroll down the page that is displayed to find your correct Owner ID.

    ・An issue that causes the app to freeze when attempting to open the SHOP while certain dialog boxes are open.

    ・An issue where the registered position viewable on player images in the Agent info screen is displayed in English, regardless of what language the game is set to. This position also occasionally differs from the one listed on the Player Details screen.

    ・An issue that causes player face images to display incorrectly on certain screens.

    ・Pressing [Sort] in [Training] > [Trainers to Use] occasionally causes the game to freeze.
    There is currently no known way to avoid this issue, so please refrain from using the [Sort] button in this screen.

    ・An issue where the registered team and league of players displayed in My Team's [Player Details] screen differs from the team and league displayed in the [Squad Management] screen before/during matches.
    Please note that the correct team and league info for players is displayed in My Team.

    ・An issue where the Kick Feint command occasionally fails to register when attempting to feint while shooting.

    ・An issue wherein maximizing the app causes it to crash, specifically in situations where the app had been minimized by pressing the home button multiple times.

    ・An issue that causes the app to freeze when performing a four finger swipe or tapping the screen multiple times in succession.

    ・ An issue that causes the faces of certain players to display incorrectly during matches.

    These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the next update.
    We will inform you once the update has been implemented.

  • 17-01-2019 Announcements "Achievements Completed" Issue

    An issue was affecting the completion progress for the "Achievements Completed" achievement viewable in-game via [Club House] > [Achievements]. See below for details:

    ・ Completing other achievements occasionally failed to have any affect on the completion progress for the achievement.
    ・ The value that indicates the achievement completion progress would occasionally be displayed incorrectly.

    This issue was rectified during maintenance performed on 17/01/2019, and the correct completion progress for this achievement should now be displayed in-game.
    We apologise sincerely for any confusion caused.

  • 16-01-2019 Announcements Logins During Maintenance

    Several users were able to log in between 02:00 and 02:43 (UTC) on 10/01/2019, despite the fact that the server was down to maintenance at that time.

    Ordinarily, users are not able to log into the game during maintenance at all. However, we have determined that several users who were attempting to start the app for the first time after having applied the v3.0.1 update were able to access the game during this short window of time.

    Unfortunately, any game progress made by users that logged in during this time was not saved correctly. As a result of this, those users are unable to log into the game even though maintenance has now ended. Furthermore, all personal information obtained from these users during the brief span of time they were able to play the game has been deleted.

    If you are currently unable to log into the game and you think you may have been one of the users that logged in during the 43-minute window specified above, the only recourse available to you is to uninstall and reinstall the app and start a new game.

    If you are still unable to log in following a reinstall, please get in contact with us through the Contact & FAQ page, accessible via the menu icon located in the bottom right corner of the title screen.
    We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

  • 10-01-2019 Announcements Owner ID Display Bug

    Following maintenance performed on 10/12/2018, several users encountered an issue upon starting the app for the first time which caused an incorrect Owner ID to be displayed on both the title screen and the user details screen.
    This bug can make it difficult for users attempting to use Owner IDs to search for their friends on the app, and may also result in users sending friend requests to people they don't know.
    To avoid problems like this, please find your correct Owner ID at the following location until we are able to implement a hard fix:

    Go to [Extras] > [Support] > [Contact & FAQ] > [Inquiry Form] and select "I have a question about the game". Scroll down the page that is displayed to find your Owner ID.

    As mentioned above, a fix for this bug is scheduled to be implemented in a future update.Further details will be announced once they are available.
