    According to the Terms of Use for this application, you may not sublicense, lease, lend, sell, gift, bequeath, trade, transfer or provide use or access to any user names or passwords or associated account settings (including any game-related information), except as expressly provided by Konami, and any such act or attempted act is prohibited and void. You shall not attempt to use or access the Application with any user name or password that you did not personally register with Konami.
    Recently, a number of incidents involving the exchange/sharing of user IDs and other account information for the purposes of performing Data Linking or Data Transfers have come to our attention. This sort of behaviour is also prohibited according to the Terms of Use.

    If you are discovered to have engaged in any behaviour in violation of the Terms of Use, your account may be subject to bans or other disciplinary sanctions.
    Once banned, your account will be unable to access the game.

    We kindly request that you refrain from sharing your account details with any other users. We also advise against publishing any account details on social media and other websites, and that you take caution to avoid individuals or organisations that may attempt to coerce you to provide them with your account information.

  • 01-02-2019 Announcements Notice: KAMATAMARE SANUKI and ROASSO KUMAMOTO Scouts

    The 2018 J.League J1 and J2 season results will be implemented in-game along with the update currently planned for 07/02/2019.

    The promotion and relegation of teams that goes along with this update means that KAMATAMARE SANUKI and ROASSO KUMAMOTO will be removed from the game.
    As a result of this, all licensed names, strips and emblems associated with these two clubs will also be removed.
    Be sure to use any Scouts you may have for these clubs before 07/02, as they will no longer be able to obtain any players after the update goes live.

    Although their club affiliation will be automatically changed, players that belonged to both of these clubs will still be usable after the update and will retain all of their previous stats and attributes.

    • An issue that prevents any changes made to your [User Details] from being saved.
    This issue can be avoided by pressing the [Back] button at the bottom left of the screen after making any changes to your [User Details].

    ・An issue that prevents the "Sombrero" player skill from working properly.

    ・An issue where releasing a Scout occasionally results in a display bug in the Scout List.
    Re-opening the Scout List after returning to the main menu will ensure that the correct Scout List is displayed.

    ・An issue that occasionally prevents certain players from adding curl to the ball during free kicks.

    ・An issue which causes an incorrect Owner ID to be displayed on both the title screen and the user details screen for some users.
    Go to [Extras] > [Support] > [Contact & FAQ] > [Inquiry Form] and select "I have a question about the game". Scroll down the page that is displayed to find your correct Owner ID.

    ・An issue that causes the app to freeze when attempting to open the SHOP while certain dialog boxes are open.

    ・An issue where the registered position viewable on player images in the Agent info screen is displayed in English, regardless of what language the game is set to. This position also occasionally differs from the one listed on the Player Details screen.

    ・An issue that causes player face images to display incorrectly on certain screens.

    ・Pressing [Sort] in [Training] > [Trainers to Use] occasionally causes the game to freeze.
    There is currently no known way to avoid this issue, so please refrain from using the [Sort] button in this screen.

    ・An issue where the registered team and league of players displayed in My Team's [Player Details] screen differs from the team and league displayed in the [Squad Management] screen before/during matches.
    Please note that the correct team and league info for players is displayed in My Team.

    ・An issue where the Kick Feint command occasionally fails to register when attempting to feint while shooting.

    ・An issue wherein maximizing the app causes it to crash, specifically in situations where the app had been minimized by pressing the home button multiple times.

    ・An issue that causes the app to freeze when performing a four finger swipe or tapping the screen multiple times in succession.

    ・ An issue that causes the faces of certain players to display incorrectly during matches.

    These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the next update.

  • 01-02-2019 Announcements Online Match Rankings reset

    The Online Match Rankings (Rank and Rating) have been reset. To coincide with this, previous top-ranking users (Ranks 1-100) in the Global Rankings for Online Matches will be listed on the official PES LEAGUE website.

    *Online Matches and VS User Challenge Event Matches that coincided with the ranking reset time will not be counted towards users' monthly ratings. The post match results for these games display a Rating of "400", indicating no effect on user ratings regardless of the match result.

    What are Live Updates?

    The Live Update feature uses the most current data to ensure that the club information and Condition Rating of players in PES 2019 is constantly aligned with the real world of football.
    Live Update data is automatically applied to all of your matches.

    Tell me more about Condition Ratings

    A player's Condition Rating is one of the items affected by each Live Update.
    When a new Live Update is implemented, data from real life matches is used to apply one of 5 different ratings (ranging from "A" to "E") to each player, with A being the highest rating and E being the lowest.
    The better the rating, the more likely the player will be in good Condition during matches. The same applies to players who are on good Form.
    Players who are not eligible to have their Condition Rating updated during Live Updates all receive a C rating.
    The current Condition Rating for each player can be seen by pressing the human silhouette icon located at the top of the main menu screen.

    What data are affected by Live Updates?

    The following data are updated during Live Updates.
    It's important to note that with the exception of Condition Ratings, data for players and managers that you already own will not be updated.

    All GP owed to users affected by the "GP not refunded after auction" issue was reimbursed during maintenance held on 24/01/2019.
    This issue was previously announced on 21/12/2018, and affected users who used GP to bid on auctions that ended before the beginning of maintenance on 10/12/2018.

    *We have determined that this issue affected users who had bid in the 1st Round of an Auction as well as those who had bid in the Final Round. As such, these users have also been reimbursed for the full amount of GP they lost on auction bids.

    *Affected users may claim their GP reimbursement from the [Inbox].
