eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE
Update (10/12/2020)

We are working on a fix for the issue detailed below, that will be applied on 15/12/2020.
Once this fix is applied, the following functionalities will be restored:

・ The ability to redeem eFootball Points for players, strips and trainers.

This fix should also provide an improvement to the issues related to the following functionalities:

・ The ability to claim eFootball Points earned through the eFootball Point + KONAMI ID Link Campaign.
・ The ability to log in to My KONAMI.

The cutoff date to redeem your eFootball Points for the following items has been postponed from 23:59 on 16/12/2020 (UTC) to 23:59 on 23/12/2020 (UTC).

We apologise sincerely for any inconveniences.

*This is not applicable to users who selected the United States of America as their place of residence when playing the game for the first time.


Update (08/12/2020)

Due to exceptionally heavy network traffic on the My KONAMI page (https://my.konami.net/), the following features have been suspended temporarily:

・The ability to redeem eFootball Points for players, strips and trainers.

Furthermore, depending on the server load at any given moment, the following tasks may take longer than usual to perform, or may be unavailable temporarily:

・The ability to claim eFootball Points earned through the eFootball Point + KONAMI ID Link Campaign.
・The ability to log in to My KONAMI.

Please note that you can still claim eFootball Points in-game.

Another announcement will be released once we have resolved the issue and restored full functionality to My KONAMI.
In light of the situation, we also plan to extend the availability period of certain items in order to give everyone a fair chance of obtaining them.

In the meantime, we would like to extend a sincere apology to all users for any inconvenience caused.

Due to exceptionally heavy traffic, the My KONAMI page is taking a longer time to load than usual.
This issue is triggered when attempting to access the webpage via the App.

We kindly ask that you wait until the webpage finishes loading.
