Matchday Representative Reward Issue
There was recently an issue that occasionally resulted in Representative Rewards not being sent out if a disconnect occurred immediately before matchmaking for the Matchday Grand Final.
A fix for this issue was applied during maintenance on 12/03/2020.
Additionally, all affected users were sent their missing rewards on 12/04/2020. These rewards can be claimed from the Inbox in myClub.
*Please note that the issue did not affect Result Rewards or Grand Final Rewards.
