eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE

Detailed Service Rules

1. General Terms and Conditions
・These Detailed Service Rules govern your use of the online services (hereafter "Services") of "eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE"/"eFootball PES 2021 LITE" (hereafter the "Applications") supplied by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Konami").
・Konami reserves the right to modify the Detailed Service Rules by updating this page at any time. Any revisions made to this page will come into effect as soon as they are published.
・Konami will appoint Game Masters (hereafter "GM") to monitor the Services. If a user is found to have engaged in the Prohibited Conduct defined below (or elsewhere in the Terms of Use), GMs may take punitive measures against said user according to the Detailed Service Rules.

2. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not conduct any act defined below as "prohibited conduct", or otherwise set out in article 3 of the eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE/eFootball PES 2021 LITE Terms of Use.
Konami has the right to determine what acts are considered to be inappropriate, including, but not limited to the following:
・Using another user's account or sharing your account with another user.
・Behaving in a manner that is considered abusive or that may cause distress to online opponents and other users.
・Causing a match to end prematurely, whether intentionally or not.
・Using unauthorized means to falsify or manipulate online match records.
・Fixing online matches.
・Exploiting bugs in the Services to your advantage or publicizing exploits or bugs in the Services that users can take advantage of.
3. Penalties for Violations
・If a user performs any act prohibited in eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE/eFootball PES 2021 LITE Terms of Use or the Detailed Service Rules (hereafter "prohibited conduct"), Konami will warn the user and take punitive measures according to the standards set out in the table below.
・In cases of severe and/or malicious instances of prohibited conduct, Konami may resort to punitive measures that are not defined in the table below. These measures include but are not limited to blocking the offending user's device from accessing the Services and/or Applications.
・Konami will not disclose the details of punitive measures that were taken against users and will not respond to queries regarding the details of such measures.

*In addition to any punitive action taken against offending users, Konami will edit any names or comments that it deems to be inappropriate.
*The measure "Match records reset" will only be applied to Clans, not individuals.
*Users that are banned from the ranking will not be able to receive Weekly eFootball League ranking rewards.
