Under normal circumstances, qualifying matches for myClub Competition (SIM) are voided and no result is recorded if the matches are not played to completion before the end of the competition period.

However, an issue was recently identified wherein these matches were erroneously recorded as forfeits. The issue then affected contract lengths, player fatigue, ratings, and courtesy ratings.

This issue was resolved as part of the maintenance procedure performed on 11/16/2017, and we have compensated all affected customers with GP proportionate to the number of losses they sustained due to the error.
