Under normal circumstances, qualifying matches of myClub Competition (SIM) that are not played to completion before the end of the competition period are voided, with no result being recorded.

However, a problem was recently identified wherein these matches were erroneously recorded as forfeits. The problem issue then affected contract lengths, player fatigue, ratings and courtesy ratings.

This issue was resolved as a part of the maintenance performed on 16/11/2017, and we have compensated all affected customers with GP proportionate to the number of losses that they sustained due to the error.
