The lunch meeting was followed by Kato’s lecture in a Q&A format in front of all the students. During the lunch meeting and lecture, the students asked various questions, such as "What do you keep in mind about eating habits?" "What was your life like as a junior high school student?" and "What is the best part of being a gymnast?"
Kato responded to each question and gave his opinion on what's important for the future, based on his own experience.
