Supporting hiring through internships

The Konami Group offers internships to students at Osaka Electro-Communication University's Faculty of Information Science and Arts and Department of Biomedical Engineering.

The product of growing industry-academic ties, the goal of these internships is to increase the effectiveness of specialized education, as well as improve students' societal and occupational views.

Information Science students get a taste of game development at our development studios, learning about programming structure, game planning, and other key areas - with the aim that experiencing the latest in digital technology will stimulate them once they are back in the classroom.

Meanwhile, Biomedical Engineering students conduct health and exercise training classes rooted in health and sports science at our sports club facilities. Participants first undergo induction courses in how to interact with customers and conduct fitness training, among other topics, before going on to get hands-on experience teaching at our facilities.

Konami will continue to take advantage of our wide range of business operations and their individual characteristics in order to help train those who will form the next generation.
