Konami Sports Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Konami Sports) received a certificate of appreciation from the Toyonaka City Minami Fire Department for its staff's contribution in Life-Saving at its PPP Facility; Toyonaka City Toyoshima Gymnasium.
Konami Sports staff members worked together to save a life of a man who went into cardiopulmonary arrest while serving as a referee at a table tennis tournament held at Toyoshima Gymnasium, through quick an appropriate life-saving actions.
Safety of our customers is top priority at Konami Sports run facilities and staff members regularly conduct training and drills to ensure safety, including AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). Toyoshima Gymnasium also conducts monthly training sessions, such as watching videos on lifesaving and practical training, which led to the appropriate action on this occasion.
