Konami Group has agreed with the purpose and have joined in the "Children's Smile Movement" organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
The "Children's Smile Movement" aims to create a society that puts "Children First" by developing a movement that will put smiles on the faces of children now and in the future, with a focus on children's perspective.
Even up until now, Konami Group has continuously taken initiatives in line with the Movement, such as expanding and improving systems and environments related to childcare to create an environment where all employees can balance work & childcare, and providing opportunities for children to experience esports and exercise instruction.
We will continue our efforts to contribute to creating a society that puts "Children First."
