Konami Gaming, Inc., a global leader in casino gaming and systems, announced four key leadership promotions as the company continues to strengthen and expand its business operations, leadership development, and quality service standards. Recognized for their commitment, performance and tenure, the following Konami team members have advanced to new organizational appointments: Eric Schultz, senior director of game software development, Gary Snobel, senior director of corporate planning and IT administration, Clark Warren, senior director of systems sales, and James Sargeant, senior director of manufacturing.

Eric Schultz has been promoted to senior director, game software development. In this role, Mr. Schultz is responsible for the leadership and direction of Konami’s domestic and international games software development strategy. He maintains and coordinates skilled engineering and design teams spanning new product development, game platform software, and software release lifecycle. Schultz has been with Konami since 2004, with promotions in 2006 to manager, game software development, 2009 to senior manager, game development, and 2011 to director, game development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago.
Gary Snobel has been promoted to senior director, corporate planning and IT administration. In this role, Mr. Snobel oversees company-wide systems and infrastructure solutions, financial analysis and planning, and internal/external auditing. He researches, analyzes, and interprets business process and financial reporting at Konami Gaming to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, gaming regulations, and corporate operating policies. Snobel has been with Konami since 2006 and was promoted to director of corporate planning & IT administration in summer of 2012. He studied business administration and accounting at Wayne State University and held previous posts at MGM Grand, Boyd Corporation, Gale Research, and Cardinal Health.
Clark A. Warren has been promoted to senior director, systems sales. In this role, Mr. Warren oversees Konami’s casino systems sales initiatives, focusing on new business development and building strategic relationships across Konami’s customer base. As part of Konami’s sales management team, Warren develops and executes strategic sales plans and initiatives to help drive long-range organizational goal and objectives. He joined Konami in 2011 as director of systems sales and marketing and holds more than 20 years of gaming experience in both the systems and games divisions. Warren graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from University of Utah’s School of Business.
James Sargeant has been promoted to senior director, manufacturing. In this role, Sargeant oversees games and systems production operations for domestic and international markets and is responsible for directing new and refurbishment production, material purchasing/warehouse, and production quality and safety. He joined Konami in 2011 and has more than 20 years combined engineering and operations management experience across a variety of industry sectors including electronics, packaging, consumer products, and military. Sargeant graduated from California Polytechnic University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and completed management training through Harvard Business School’s OPM program.
