On December 9th, 2025, we carried out an update making system changes and addressing some in-game issues.
Please check that the version number in the lower right corner of the main menu is displayed as v1.2.382755.
PlayStation®5 / Xbox Series X|S
System Changes
- Removed Red Capsules from Specific Sequence in NG+
- On New Game+, obtaining the front door keys to Shu's house without using the red capsules even once will remove all red capsule placements. This triggers the “don’t take any Red Capsules” condition required for certain endings.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where the “No One Left Behind” achievement does not unlock on the Casual action difficulty.
*Fixed other various minor bugs.

System Changes
