Mostrato durante l’Xbox Games Showcase, un nuovo trailer ha svelato inedite sequenze di gioco, un primo assaggio di ambientazioni e boss, e illustrazioni originali realizzate dal celebre mangaka e illustratore Katsuya Terada. Rose Belmont, figlia di Trevor Belmont, si fa strada combattendo tra le catacombe di Parigi e le oscure sale del castello di Dracula. Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse è un action game 2D incentrato sull’esplorazione, sviluppato congiuntamente da KONAMI ed Evil Empire, con la consulenza dello studio indipendente Motion Twin. La storia si svolge a Parigi, in Francia, nel 1499, 23 anni dopo gli eventi narrati nell’amato Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse. Rose Belmont, figlia dell’eroe Trevor Belmont, parte alla ricerca di mostri da sconfiggere mentre esplora le strade di Parigi e il castello di Dracula, utilizzando una varietà di armi e abilità, tra cui la sacra frusta “Vampire Killer”.
