Vuelve la aclamada franquicia RPG – ¡Suikoden I y II regresan remasterizados en HD!

 Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. ha anunciado el regreso de la serie Suikoden, con el lanzamiento de Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune & Dunan Unification Wars en PlayStation®4, XBOX ONE, STEAM® y Nintendo Switch™ en 2023.

Anunciado durante el Tokyo Games Show 2022, KONAMI ha confirmado mejoras fundamentales y nuevas  características quality-of-life que llegarán en la próxima colección remasterizada:

Evolución gráfica

• Los sprites pixelados y diseños de entorno han sido mejorados con nuevos efectos incluidos iluminación, nubes, animaciones de las sombras de las antorchas, humo, movimiento de las hojas e insectos, que contribuyen a crear una atmósfera vida dentro del juego.
• Los efectos y la dirección han sido también rediseñados, devolviendo a la vida escenas memorables de forma más bella.

Nuevas ilustraciones de personajes

• Todos los personajes han sido actualizados en HD. Y Junko Kawano, que diseñó los personajes de la versión original de Suikoden en 1995, ha vuelto a dibujar todos los retratos de los personajes para Suikoden I HD Remaster Gate Rune War.

Evolución en el sonido

• Sonido del terreno– Se ha añadido un gran número de sonidos ambientales que no se encontraban en la versión original, como el sonido del agua del río corriendo, el viento, los insectos y los pasos. El jugador podrá disfrutar de una experiencia envolvente como nunca antes.
• Sonido de la batalla – Todos los efectos de sonido están ahora en HD. Además del impacto de los efectos 3D, el sonido realista aumenta en gran medida el dinamismo de las batallas.

Mejoras en el sistema de juego

• Se han añadido muchas funciones nuevas, como el acceso a diálogos, la batalla automática, las batallas de doble velocidad, etc.

About Suikoden

Released in 1995 as a game software for PlayStation. Based on the motif of the Chinese classic novel Water Margin, this is the first title in KONAMI’s iconic original RPG series depicting the fate of those who bear the True Runes of the Scarlet Moon empire. The story follows the protagonist, whose father is one of the empire’s five generals, as he gathers his 108 Stars of Destiny and friends to fight against the oppressive rule of the Empire in ruin.

This sequel title in the series is set three years after the first game, further evolving the game systems unique to Suikoden, such as Rune magic, the 108 Stars of Destiny, home base management, and Army Battles, which were well received in the previous game. Three childhood friends, including the protagonist, are tossed about by a great whirlpool of destiny. The story, with its detailed psychological portrayal of each character, has moved many fans and has become an iconic title of the Suikoden series.
