Konami confirms to host the Pro Evolution Soccer e-Sports World Championships for the upcoming season as the UEFA Champions League official e-Sports competition


Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. announces that the e-Sports world championship, PES LEAGUE WORLD TOUR 2018, that will determine the No.1 Pro Evolution Soccer – PES 2018 player will be held as the official UEFA Champions League official e-Sports competition.

Since 2009, Konami has been working with European governing Football federation, UEFA with the license agreement to recreate the UEFA Champions League, the competition that determines the best club football team in European Football.

The finals will take place in 2018 where the players who have achieved the highest points in the ranking will be qualified to fight for the Finals tournament that will be held in summer of 2018.
