In some cases, the game may fail to launch or may encounter issues with saving or loading if your Windows user name contains certain characters.
Launching the game after following the steps below may help resolve the issue.

① Open Settings in Windows, then go to Time & language > Language & region.
② Click the arrow (∨) next to Windows display language to expand the advanced options.
